MAJOR DUTIES:
The coach will be in charge of planning, developing and building the swim program. The coach should be able to teach the correct techniques and strategies to help all swimmers improve. Must plan and implement a high quality athletic program that stresses fundamentals, teamwork and good sportsmanship; must be committed to high academic standards. This is a non-teaching coaching position.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have successful experience as a coach.
- Must be able to implement a training program.
- Must possess leadership qualities and personal characteristics necessary for working effectively with administrators, parents and students.
