QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have specialized knowledge of maintenance work, including construction, carpentry, masonry, equipment operation, plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning and locksmith capabilities. CDL license required
Ideal candidate would be in good physical condition
Position involves being on call for emergencies on weekends and at night
Experience in providing oversight to construction projects
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Deadline: Until Filled
Schedule: 260-day contract, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday-Friday,
Salary: Commensurate with education and experience
